Who we are

titklifu publishes an editorial knowledge hub on qualitative marketing research for business-to-business teams. The operator of this site can be reached at [email protected], by phone at +1 (212) 555-0146, or by mail at 450 Lexington Avenue, Floor 12, New York, NY 10017, United States.

Information we collect

We collect only what the site needs in order to publish pages, remember a banner choice, and run an optional email list for research notes.

If you join the notes list, we collect the email address you submit through the form that posts to signup.php. We use that address to send occasional methodological updates about the guides, including revisions to the claude evidence standard. We do not ask for a name, company, or job title on that form.

When you request a page, the host may keep ordinary server logs: IP address, user agent, date and time, referring URL, and the address of the page requested. We do not use logs to build advertising profiles.

The cookie banner stores a preference in local storage on your browser under the key cookie_notification. That record says whether you chose Accept all or Decline. It stays on your device. We do not receive a copy of that flag on our server as a separate profile field.

If you email [email protected] or message the published phone or WhatsApp contact, we receive whatever you choose to send, including your address or number and the content of the message.

How we use information

We use an email address to send the notes you requested. We use correspondence to answer questions, correct errors, and handle privacy requests. Server logs support security and operations. The local preference only keeps the banner from repeating. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the notes list is not used to advertise unrelated products or to attach performance claims to the claude guides.

Service providers and fonts

Hosting and email delivery may be performed by vendors who process information only on our instructions, under a duty to protect it and to use it for the stated service. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive your IP address and technical request data under Google’s own terms. If you prefer not to make that request, you can block third-party font hosts in your browser; the pages will fall back to a system typeface.

Retention

We keep a notes-list address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Correspondence is kept long enough to resolve the thread and usually no longer than twenty-four months. Server logs are generally kept for ninety days unless a security investigation requires a specific record. Local storage remains until you clear it in your browser.

California privacy notice

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. In the preceding twelve months we collected identifiers (an email address or IP address) and internet activity such as the page requested in a log. Sources are you, when you write or subscribe, and your browser’s request to the host.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a limit-the-use control. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Email [email protected] with the subject “California privacy request.” We verify by matching the address on the notes list or by a reasonable check of the thread. An authorized agent may write if you give signed permission and we can still verify you directly. We respond within forty-five days, with one extension if we explain the delay.

Other US state rights

Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and Oregon, may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information we hold, and may appeal a denial by replying to our decision. We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising. Send requests to [email protected].

Security and international readers

Access to the notes list and the mailbox is limited to the people who operate titklifu. The host provides HTTPS. No method of storage is perfectly secure. The desk is in the United States. If you write from another country, your information is processed in the United States.

Changes and contact

We will post revisions on this page and change the date above. If a revision materially expands how we use email addresses, we will describe the change in the notes mailing or on the homepage of https://titklifu.cfd/ before it takes effect.
